On July 2nd, Adam Walford, Laura Walford, Julie Phillips & Anup Ravi undertook the challenge of walking the Three Peaks to raise finds for The Sebastian Hunter Memorial Trust.

This involved climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. The three mountains are Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m), Snowdon, in Wales (1085m) and Scafell Pike, in England (978m). The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance.
The team - which consisted of Sebastian Hunter Memorial Trust trustees; Adam & Laura Walford, together with long standing supporters & volunteers of the trust and its Project's; Anup Ravi & Julie Phillips - all did a fantastic job with their climb... completing the challenge in 24 hours and raising over six thousand pounds!
